Payment via Wave invoice, due within 7 days of acceptance. Unpaid spots go to the waitlist. Your refundable deposit comes back within 14 days after the market — as long as you show up, stay through close, and leave your space clean.

Cancellation: Cancel 30+ days out and we'll return half your deposit ($20). Under 30 days, the deposit is forfeited. A no-show, or a same-day cancellation without a heads-up, forfeits the deposit and your standing at future Mothership events. The $25 admin fee is non-refundable either way. Life happens, though — if there's a real emergency, just tell us. You'll keep your spot at future events even if the deposit can't come back.

Reminder: Hotel West & Main requires every vendor to be covered. Two ways to meet it: provide your own COI for at least $1,000,000 naming The Mothership Collective, LLC and Concord Keystone Sora West, LLC as additional insureds (due by July 30, 2026) — or, if you don't carry your own, choose "add me to yours" below and we'll handle it.
